  • Backups: Because the App utilizes local storage, it is your responsibility to maintain backups. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure.

3. Intellectual Property

The "BakingSmart" name, logo, software code (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose), and original design are the exclusive property of Novita Listyani.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee that technical calculations will always be error-free. Use of the App is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or kitchen/baking mishaps.
